Arboreal Forest is a digital caliper for the forestry of the future.
The app uses AR-technology to create a 3D-model of the forest where you could walk around and measure Basal area, Diameter, Tree species, Trees per hectare and height in sample plots. Afterwards you could se the result on a map and do summaries offline.
Arboreal Forest is the first tool on a phone where you could measure the most important forest parameters without additional tools or references.
The app requires the following phones : Iphone SE, 6S, 7, 7+, 8, 8+, X, Xs, XR, Xs Max, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, Ipad mini (2019), Ipad Pro, Ipad (5th gen), Ipad (6th gen).
